Rii’s Technology Division developed an interactive, secure Web site to aid in the management and reporting of the CCTID and the County’s projects, in conjunction with the County’s Asset Management Program. Rii technical staff traveled to Clermont County’s administrative offices to conduct several sessions of on site training for both internal staff and the consultants using the system.

Rii staff assisted Clermont County in the initial project setup and integration with existing County Web sites including brand development. After collaborating with the Clermont County IT staff, the Rii Team designed and created a ProjectGrid.com® website, enabling users to communicate and stay updated via Internet. The Web-based project management created value by facilitating greater communication and collaboration among various users.
