File System – Folder Administration
After creating the new folder, its properties can be edited by clicking on the “Folder Admin” icon:
which will display a screen similar to the following. This screen is only accessible if you have administrative permissions on the folder or the project.
Here the following fields can be edited:
Name – the name of the folder
Description – the description for the folder
Checkout Time (Hours) – checkout time (in hours) after which the file/folder becomes overdue
Permissions – read, write and public
You can click 'apply changes to sub-folders' to apply changes to any sub-folders of this folder.
When finished editing folder properties, click the Submit button to invoke the changes.
NOTE: When creating a folder, you are the only one that can see it until you administer the folder..
The following links do NOT save what was entered earlier on this screen. If you need to assign individual permissions and also change the above fields, then first submit and then click again on 'Folder Admin.'
Change Owner - You can change the owner of the folder to anyone on the project. The owner of a folder automatically has administrative writes on the folder.

If you wish to delete the folder, then click on Folder Delete from this screen.
