    Meeting Minutes. Create and publish Meeting Minutes with our online form. To-do tasks can be assigned to a person or company within the Meeting Minute system. Outstanding tasks carry over to subsequent Meeting Minute created. Instantly notify members of published Meeting Minutes via email within the system.

    Financial Management. The financial management feature allows you to create, modify and monitor the project budget information. Track change orders, purchase orders, pay applications and invoices all online. You can access your own company information and any entity sub-contracted under you in the organization chart. Standard columns exist; furthermore, customized columns can be created and added.

    Dynamic Scheduling System. Project schedules can be created within the online system or convert your project schedule to an online working schedule. Any scheduling tool that can be exported to an MPX file (typically, MS Project, Primavera P3 and SureTrak) can be converted to an online schedule. A view of the bar chart, ability to modify information and assigning resources can all be done online. Alerts with direct links to the task are provided to those persons with overdue items. This dynamic schedule is integrated with our calendar system to quickly view milestones at a glance.

    RFI (Request for Information). Submit RFIs to the architect or appropriate parties. A log of all RFIs is created for research and issue resolution.

    File and Document Storage and Management. Download and store any project document on your Web site for team viewing 24 hours a day, seven days a week, no matter where in the world they are. This is a fully customizable folder set to store any desired document. Various security levels can be designated. Typical projects include such files as:

    Self-Administration. Administration is made easy. Each new contractor initially registers itself. The Administrator then approves the membership and assigns the appropriate security levels. Individual profiles can be updated and modified at any time.

    Tiered Security. Security can be created at various levels. The project Administrator can assign and restrict viewing and read/write privileges. For example, a contractor may see only his information, where the Construction Manager would have access to all information. The owner may have read-only privileges while the public would only have access to photos depicting the progress of the job.

    Design Drawing and Collaboration. Store and retrieve drawings online. Redline, markup, comment and save. All drawings are archived. A revision control system is built-in to prevent the overwriting of drawings. Also, CADViewer has been installed at server level, allowing users to view, redline and collaborate on drawings without having the actual CAD software installed on their desktop.

    Redlining Capabilities. Redline files or simply make comments. All redline/comment files are kept and linked with the original document file for easy review and collaboration. A CADViewer installed as server level provides for redlining capabilities on drawings without having CAD software installed on your desktop.

    Instant Communication. Using the brand new iiCollector component of ProjectGrid.com, technicians in the field are able to send information back to the office instantaneously, eliminating the time lapse between field collection time and office report time.

    Digital Photo Logs. Store and retrieve project photos to keep the team members, owner and public up-to-date on the project status. Photos are easily stored in the ProjectGrid software by using your mobile phone or tablet in the field; you simply need to add captions. A thumbnail of each photo is automatically created in the download process. This allows for quicker access to the Web pages. The photos will be accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

    Project CAM Capabilities. Install a Project CAM camera at the site and enable remote access over the camera to have constant access to the project status and condition. This is available at an additional cost.

    Voice File Capabilities. Store and retrieve voice files online.

    Complete Project Archival, Issue Resolution and Audit Trails. By storing documents, files and drawings on the Web site, pertinent information is easily retrievable with a few quick key strokes. All team members are kept accountable and audit trails are provided for legal and issue resolution situations.
