Project Details

The Project Details page allows you to enter general information about the current project.

Project Name

In the field provided, enter the name of the current project.

Project Address

In the field provided, enter the address where the project is taking place.

City

In the field provided, enter the city in which the project is located.

State / Province

In the field provided, enter the State or Province in which the project is located.

Country

From the pull-down menu provided, select the Country in which the project is located.

Postal Code

In the field provided, enter the postal code for your project's location.

Phone

In the field provided, enter the main phone number for your project.

Project Budget

In the field provided, enter the amount of money available for use on the current project.

Check-Out Period

The time entered in this field defines the length of time a file can be checked out from your project until it is deemed Overdue. Once a file becomes overdue, it can be checked out by another project member even if the first project member still has the file checked out.

Web Site

In the field provided, enter the URL for your project's web site.

Link Text

In the field provided, enter the text you would like displayed as the link to your web page.

Project Description

In the space provided, enter a description of the nature of your project.  The description can also be edited via the 'Add Description' or 'Edit Description' link on the main Projects page.
